[ERROR] 354

If you are running into the error 324 this guide is for you.

There are numerous things that can cause this.  The following are some of the more common things that can result in this error.

Malicious Software

This issue can also be caused by malware, viruses, or other malicious software on your computer.  We suggest doing a thorough scan of your system to check for any nasties.  

Proxy Software

If you have proxy software setup (if you're using a work computer, school, etc.). You may want to try from another computer without the proxy, or if you can - try turning it off and testing it.

Security Software

If you have an antivirus or malware program it could be blocking Curse as a false positive. 

Make sure that your copy of the Curse app is from https://www.curse.com/download or if you received a link directly from a verified Curse agent.

Once you have made sure you have a legitimate copy of Curse, try temporarily disabling your security software to see if it is causing the issue.

Alternate Installer

Try using out alternate installer as that may help.  You can find our alternate installer here.  You may need to uninstall the Curse App if it is already installed.  


Maybe try the Alpha version of the Curse App.  Bug fixes get pushed there first so a solution may have already been released and is being QA'd. You can change it via the Curse App, or if you are having issues installing can use the Alpha Installer.
